Yerba Mate:

Yerba mate boasts an impressive 196 active compounds. In fact, yerba mate has higher polyphenol and antioxidant counts than both green and black teas. The big draw for Yerba Mate is the promise of a “clean,” “long lasting” energy, free of jitters or other unpleasantness. Essentially, Yerba Mate is supposed to provide energy over a longer period of time without negative side effects. Yerba Mate has shown to be helpful in both weight loss and weight control. Like other forms of caffeine, Yerba Mate increases thermogenesis, has a diuretic effect and provides appetite suppression, all of which improve the chances of weight loss.

Advantra Z:

Advantra Z is the only patented Citrus aurantium extract for weight loss and physical performance on the market today. This thermogenic ingredient serves as an ideal alternative to the controversial herb, ma huang/ephedra. An extract of a citrus fruit (C. aurantium) containing a family of indirect-acting adrenergic amines (B-sympathicomimetics) that facilitate utilization of energy substrates, stimulate metabolic processes, favor uptake of amino acids into muscle, increase lipolysis (breakdown of fat) and can exert mild hunger-suppressant effects.

Achyranthes Aspera:

Also known as Devils Horsewhip, this herb is grown in many parts of India and used as a traditional medicinal herb. Particularly, the use of Achyranthes Aspera demonstrates an ability to help the body tolerate long periods of time without food. This herb helps reduce appetite and hunger, and provides the body with a sense of “fullness.” The Achyranthes Aspera used in Naturally Fab is in extract form that is 15 times more concentrated than the raw herb. Achyranthes Aspera contains Oleic Acid fractions of which can convert to OEA (Oleoylethanolamide). OEA may stimulate the Vagus nerve, which plays a central role in satiety and short-term regulation of food intake.

Caffeine Anhydrous:

Anhydrous Caffeine is simply dehydrated caffeine, and chemically no different than regular caffeine. Caffeine Anydrous is used in Inspire to provide a more immediate surge in energy.

Green Tea Extract:

Inspire Directions:

For adults only. Take 1 (one) capsules twice daily, preferably 1 (one) capsule early morning and 1 (one) capsule early afternoon, or as directed by your Primary Care Physician. Best to separate servings by 5-6 hours. Do not exceed more than 1 (one) capsule per serving, or more than 2 (two) capsules within a 24 hour period.
