Directions As a dietary supplement take 1 serving (6 capsules) once daily for 20 days consecutively. Take Pure Test every night at bedtime to maximize effectiveness as a testosterone elevator. For optimal results use Pure Test for 6-12 weeks. For extreme results take two servings of Pure Test, spaced 12 hours apart, for 4-8 weeks. Do not use Pure Test for more than 90 days consecutively.
