When is the best time to take it?
Take 1 capsule daily with food. do not take past 4 p.m.
Directions for use
To assess tolerance take 1 capsule with eight (8) ounces of water or with food. Once tolerance is assessed take 1 capsule once or twice daily. Do not take after 5 p.M. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
