Epi Cat doesn’t need to be taken at any specific time, however you should try to evenly space out your doses throughout the day and ideally try to take at the same time each day with food.

EpiCat can be taken year round without the need to cycle on and off of it. Even though EpiCat can be taken continuously its never a bad idea to take a bit of time off so your body doesn’t get too used to a substance.
